Whoa! Keys Inside, Car Outside! ????

Well, this completely happened to me yesterday. I was driving back to my car after grocery shopping and noticed that I left my keys inside! My jaw hit the floor because, of course, the windows were all locked. It was a total nightmare!

  • I tried to reach in the window, but it was impossible.
  • Afterward, I had to call a mechanic which was not ideal.

Just a heads up, be careful and keep those keys handy!

Key Crisis!

So, you've found yourself with your car keys. Stay calm. This can feel like a total disaster. First things first, search all the usual spots - your pockets, on the kitchen counter, or maybe even in that drawer you haven't touched in months. If they're nowhere to be found, it's time to figure things out.

  • Reach out to a professional. It might seem like the most expensive option, but sometimes it's the quickest way to get back on the road.
  • Give your dealership a ring. They may be able to provide you with a new key or at least point you in the proper place.
  • Take a look at your insurance policy. You might be surprised to realize that your policy covers key replacement.
